I had two home inspections done by Sung Y Lee (prime choice home inspection). He provides very detailed inspection reports and has a personality meant for a home inspector (bold and thorough, asks questions to seller/agents without hesitation). I have seen many inspectors that just kind of get lazy and skip some steps and approach inspections differently (badly) but Sung is different. He is very professional, and price is very reasonable.
